Game Cookery Demonstrations by Peter McErlean ( from the Cuan Restaurant Strangford) on the BASC stand
Living History Village situated amongst the towers and battlements of the old Shanes Castle:
Living History Displays including fire-eating, juggling,face painting; cooking, weapon making etc, Meet the Dragoons,
and their chargers; enjoy the Elizabethan Household of the Best of Times, Worst of Times - and discuss living and fighting wars
in that period; experience 13C Irish medieval living with Finglas Living History Society and spend some time as a Viking
Warrior with the Magnus Vikings Association including visiting their Long houses and Long ships.
Country Sports:
The Largest and most varied Dog Weekend in Ireland featuring for the first time main arena demonstrations and problem dog
clinic by Keith Mathews, BBC's Dog Guru and the fantastic equestrian control exhibited by Franklin Levinson, the legendary
US Horse Whisperer.

Angling: Casting competitions organized by Angling Director Stevie Munn (sponsored by Hardy Greys ). Qualifier
for the Pat Burns Memorial Trophy and all Ireland Game Fair Casting Championships to be held at Birr Castle and a qualifying
heat and Final of the Barbour All Ireland Novice Fly Casting Championship. Fly Tying demos by APGAI Ireland and Casting
clinics run by Glenda Powell and APGAI Ireland.
Childrens Entertainment Area: Quads, Bouncey Castles, Climbing Walls etc
